Monday NHB Chinese Boxing Class at Milestones Gym, Walbottle.
Milestones Gym in Walbottle (just off A69) is an excellent facility with a good rangle of both cardio machines, Weight resistance machines and free weight training training. We have ressurected the monday nights MMA boxing class and are using the boxing room which has hanging bags, Speed ball, pads etc. Best of all it resembles the cellar in the film Fight Club.
