Monday MMA-Chinese Boxing Training.
Class start time is 6.30 where we engage in a half hour combat conditioning program ran either by Alex or by Shaun. See Related Post “C.A.T.S”.
Cyclones Monday Night is part of the MMA training program and concentrates on the stand up phase of a fight baseing its technical background on Chinese Boxing.
The training includes technical punching, kicking knees and elbows. Combination striking, Clinch techniques & dirty boxing, padwork, bag work and both tool and free sparring.
